D3810 had its New Generations Program - World Rotaract Week Celebration during the Rotary District Conference. Rotaract Manila's very own, IPDRR Charlie Chua, received a Rotaract Youth Achiever recognition for being selected as a Group Study Exchange Program member.

And as part of the GSE outbound team, Charlie did a cultural presentation with his teammates. Watch Kuya Charlie's dance moves!!! :)
